Management
Maanicare System India Pvt. Ltd. has carved a niche in the
field of Mechanised Facility Management and allied services.
Maanicare is a registered company and holds all essential
licenses like P.F., E.S.I.C., P-TAX, M.L.W., T.D.S., Service
Tax, Labour Licence etc. with the labour strength of more
than Two Thousand employees of different categories for temporary,
permanent, outsourcing staffing.
This includes qualified, experienced, personalized
and trained manpower which are provided on monthly basis with
all statutory liabilities as per your office requirement.
Machine
We use machines & material from internationally recognized
name to suit different needs such as:
- Taski Switzerland
- For wet scrubbing, stripping, spray cleaning, buffing
and etc.
- Karcher – Germany
- For carpet shampooing, deep cleaning of upholstery.
- Karcher DE 4002 –
Environmentally friendly cleaner for floors, titles, machines,
radiators, upholstered furniture, toilets and cars.
- Karcher NT 361 Eco –
small, handy and dry vacuum cleaner.
- Eureka – Floor
cleaning, scrubbing
Material
Special type of material used for polishing the doors, windows
etc. and all types of cleaning materials are provided by us,
in accordance with office requirements. The materials used
by us are of Amway, Fem, Taski, Colgate Palmolive, Diversey
Lever (a division of Hindustan Lever) and other International
recognized brands which are environmental friendly and bio-degradable.
Professional Manpower
Supply (unskilled/Semiskilled/Skilled)
This includes qualified, experienced, personalized and trained
manpower such as assistant accountants, data entry operator,
administration support staff, telephone operator, Xerox operator,
receptionist, cleaners, pantry boys, office boys, drivers,
service boys, courier boys etc. which are provided on monthly
basis with all statutory liabilities as per your office requirement.
Interior Maintenance Jobs
This includes carpentry, plumbing, all
types of repairing, , POP work, indoor coloring, powder coating,
gold plating, glass etching, venetian blinds, marble buffing,
polishing, crystallization etc. We are into this field of
interior maintenance from last 12 years and gained excellent
experience under the guidance of M/s. Talati &
Pathaki Pvt. Ltd. which is India’s biggest
architectural firm.
Also we offer additional service of Carpet,
Chair, Sofa Shampooing and spot cleaning on carpet and upholstery.
Our Operational System
- Our Company has Pay Roll system powered
by Sensys Technologies, which enables us to function smoothly
in processing timely payment and helps us to keep proper
record of our staff from all location.
- We pay salary to all our employees on
5th days of subsequent month for each month by cheque /
direct transfer in employees’ account’s and
partly in cash.
- All statutory dues / contributions are
paid by us within the specified time limits.
- We maintain proper & computerized
record of employees.
- We issue monthly Salary Slip to every
employees.
- Transition employees identified by the
client onto the roles of Maanicare
- Co – employment relationship between
the client, employee and Maanicare.
- Manage HR, Administration and regulatory
compliances
- Contract duration: Short term,
long term and part time assignments
- Option of Absorption on completion of
the assignment
